職場の隣の席にカナダ人の同僚が座ることになり、英語を勉強し始める。スタディサプリEnglishとEnglishCentralに助けられ、スムーズに話せないがTOEICのリスニングはほぼ聞き取れるようになったので、調子に乗って海外大学院受験。University of Cambridge, University College London, University of Pennsylvaniaなどに合格。
